Brewing Lair Tripel (BLT) – 9.6% A Belgian ale that's dry and easy on the fruity banana character Dope is King Pale Ale – 5.4% Simcoe and Citra hops with a hint of caramel. Early 1900’s miners raced down Eureka Peak on 12’ wooden skis, claiming that the victory relied on "good dope"—ski resin. Spring and summer offerings: Blair Belgian Blonde Ale – 6% A lower alcohol version of the BLT Solo Series – 5% A series of single hop variety blonde ales: Simcoe Solo, Citra Solo, Equinox Solo, Mosaic Solo Uncle Elliott’s IPA – 6.6% A heavy-hitter IPA with a strong grapefruit flavor Acclimation Sour Ale – 4.9% A lacto-kettle soured ale.
